“Suddenly, I surprised myself with the most sincere and original coming out statement I’ve ever experienced before, I stood out proudly as the most colourful toucan wearing pride in my beak, it was natural, it was real.”
Cybersecurity and Customer Experience
You’re logging into the computer to start your workday when you see an email subject line that makes your heart drop: “Customer data breach at [your organisation]: Our response.” While the email has a lot of information about new security protocols and technologies, you’re thinking about the implications to the results of the upcoming customer survey you are planning.
Living Through Change
“I was born in a country that сeased to exist when I was 11, change felt exciting. Later in life, going through a horrific divorce I felt even the slightest change like a train delay was unbearable. I got through it, rebuilt my family, moved countries, launched a successful global customer experience consultancy and embraced the change paradigm forever, as it is the only constant. I am happy to be sharing my personal and professional experience of managing and leading change, through the CX lens.
Lessons from 'The Bob Job'
When Clare Muscutt invited me to be interviewed as part of the Women in CX podcast series, I immediately agreed – I was flattered and honoured to be included in a group of such interesting and talented women. And as for talking about CX, well I can keep going for hours.

Bots, doids, and machine learning algorithms - to make it easier, we’ll call it “smart tech”- are sometimes hidden in the places you least expect them to be. They are transforming many of our everyday experiences at a speed that we have trouble perceiving.
