Community Management Intern

To conduct research and contribute ideas for community engagement initiatives, innovation, and improvement.
To deliver the community content and engagement plan to maximise member satisfaction, value, and retention.
To manage the day-to-day delivery of community content, communications, and events and drive engagement within the community.
To monitor analytics, and measure effectiveness of content in line with business growth metrics.
To moderate the community and member behaviour to ensure we maintain a safe and vendor-neutral space.

Events Management Intern

To conduct research and contribute ideas for event initiatives, innovation, and improvement.
To support the delivery of the event plan to maximise member and prospective satisfaction, value, and retention.
To manage the day-to-day communications with upcoming speakers and storing/transferring of information.
To monitor the community contributor process and support more members to get involved with sharing their voices.
To create assets for events including slides, graphics, and copy.

Management and filing of speaker information into the 2023 Community & Socials Content Plan
Supporting upcoming speakers with email communications
Helping members make connections through the platform by introducing them to one another
Management of uploading events into their correct spaces including our website and internally
To help oversee the Community Contributor and Local Chapter event schemes including ensuring speaker information is submitted on time, questions are answered, and speakers are thanked for their participation in our line-up
To help develop campaigns and communications to engage members in signing up for and attending upcoming events
Support the development of our in-person global gatherings including the Conference and networking events

Creation of exciting engagement plans.
Updating Instagram stories with updates and relevant content.
Identification of prospects using sales navigator to grow our audience and reach through messaging.
Inviting relevant prospects to external/open WiCX events.
