The team at Women in CX are truly amazing! As a recent graduate, I was encouraged to share my thoughts and opinions and have my voice heard without judgement which in turn gave me the confidence and independence to trust myself to be creative. Everyone at this company loves what they do, and what an introduction to the working world, to have genuine people wanting to help you develop your career, ensuring you reach your full potential.

My internship with WiCX has been incredible! Having never worked in any industry other than hospitality, I was hesitant to apply, but the more I learnt about the role and the organisation, the more I wanted to be a part of it. The experience taught me to have more confidence in my abilities and to be resilient in going after my dreams. As a result of the skills and experience gained working at Women in CX, I’ve secured a role I’ve been aspiring toward for a long time. I will not forget this experience and the amazing people I had the pleasure of working with.
— Felicity, Community Management Intern

I’m so appreciative of the team at WiCX for all the support and knowledge they’ve shared during my time with them.
