  • Clare Muscutt

    Founder and CEO

    World Series Winner of CX Professional of the Year 2022 and Virgin Funded Founder, Clare Muscutt is human-centric design geek with 15 years leadership experience in FTSE 100’s including Whitbread, Sainsbury’s and Compass Group. She’s a global keynote speaker and consultant who made it her mission to support other women in her industry to rise-up. She believes in the power of collaboration over competition, investing in people, co-design and that the future blueprint for Customer Experience lies in bringing together diversity of opinion, experience and expertise.

  • Meg Coates

    Head of Operations

    Ex-British Gymnast, English Graduate and Clare’s first-hire, Meg joined the team out of uni as an intern during our launch in March 2021. She started in graphic design and social media and quickly realised her passion for community ran so deep that she wanted to forge a career path in community. Since then, Meg has been promoted twice and now head’s up the operational team, leading on all aspects of member experience, engagement, data and support thanks to her incredible adaptability, ability to learn at pace and quite literally, turn her hand to anything .

  • Sabine Groven

    Head of Content

    Former editor of MyCustomer and a journalism graduate from Norway, Sabine joined WiCX in December 2023, bringing extensive editorial experience to the team. Committed to our future goals, she leads the content strategy, working to amplify the voices of women, fostering challenging conversations and changing the status quo. Sabine is passionate about co-design, inclusion and the value of communities, making her a perfect fit for Women in CX.

  • Amy Cunningham

    Community Manager

    With a diverse career path, Amy has experience in various customer service roles, administration, and digital learning design. She initially joined WiCX as a Social Media Management Intern during her undergraduate studies at the University of Chester. After a brief break, she returned to WiCX, first as the Community Support Manager, before stepping into her current full-time role. She has a passion for building meaningful connections and enjoys tapping into her creative side to develop engaging content.
