At Women in CX, we practice what we preach.
Members told us they’re bored of events where attendees are expected only to sit and listen. They told us conferences are too high-level in their topics and want more 'go do tomorrow' ideas. They want to learn about innovation without pressured sales tactics and embrace the wisdom of the group through more intimate, valuable discussions.

How Does That Work?
We’ll follow the principles of Open Space Technology, a fantastic way for groups to think, talk, and take action together. Here's the process:
Before UnConference, you’ll be invited to join a virtual white board where we’ll gather input from you and your fellow attendees to curate an agenda of topics that matter most to you.
As part of the UnConference, intimate breakout groups, led by facilitators, will self-organise to create their own conversations, ensuring that the discussions are relevant, timely, and tailored to the interests and needs of everyone present.
This process allows for free-flowing exchanges about the things that matter to the people in the room, meaning breakout sessions will evolve organically, reflecting the energy and curiosity of the participants.
