The Women in CX Awards 2025 set out to shine a light on the remarkable women leading the way in customer and employee experience – and this year’s submissions surpassed all expectations. With entries from across industries, regions, and roles, we were inspired, moved, and energised by the scale, creativity, and heart behind every story shared.

Our judging panel, made up of leading experts from across the CX community, described the calibre of nominations as “exceptional,” “world-class,” and “genuinely inspiring.”

From large-scale digital transformation to grassroots innovation, every finalist demonstrated the power of human-centred leadership to drive meaningful change.

What made this year’s submissions so special wasn’t just the impressive results—though many shared clear, measurable business impact—but the authenticity, vulnerability, and boldness shown by every nominee. We heard stories of women using their platforms to challenge outdated systems, champion diversity, and elevate those around them. Leaders who put empathy at the heart of technology. Solopreneurs building change from the ground up. Tech trailblazers breaking barriers and redefining what’s possible.

Our winners and highly commended honourees represent not only excellence in their fields, but also a new standard for inclusive, values-led leadership in customer experience.
