Women in CX Announce Groundbreaking 2025 UnConference Theme: Moving Beyond
London, UK – 30.07.25 — Women in CX (WiCX), the trailblazing global community for women working in customer experience and technology, has today announced the official theme for its 2025 UnConference: “Moving Beyond.”
Debuting to Berlin and Miami in 2025, WiCX UnConference is the first and only event of its kind in the CX industry—designed exclusively for women, built on a co-created agenda, and delivered in a radically inclusive participant-led format.
In a landscape where AI and automation are transforming customer experience at unprecedented speed, the “Moving Beyond” theme reflects a powerful call to action: to rethink legacy models, reject outdated frameworks, and co-create a more human, inclusive, and future-facing CX discipline.
“Technology is accelerating, but the conversation in CX hasn’t caught up,” says Clare Muscutt, founder and CEO of Women in CX.
“At most industry events, we’re still talking about the same metrics, models, tech hype, and pain points we were a decade ago—while women are dealing with burnout, bias, and broken systems in real time.
