Two summer days in London with brilliant women shaping the future of customer experience, transformation and AI.

Expect rooftop conversations in the sunshine, collaborative breakout discussions, incredible food, wellness experiences, sunset views on the Thames and the kind of honest industry conversations that rarely happen inside traditional conference venues.

Day One

Beyond Understanding

The experience begins with good food, grounding energy and a room full of women ready to think differently.

After registration and brunch, we ease into the UnConference with opening remarks, followed by breathwork and meditation.

Then the conversation begins.

Following an insight download from Kantar exploring how humans are adopting AI and what it means for the future of customer experience, the first conversation explores one of the biggest frustrations facing customer experience leaders today:

Why do organisations know so much about their customers, yet still struggle to turn insight into meaningful action?

Together, attendees explore the growing gap between listening and execution, examining how organisations can better connect customer understanding with decision-making, accountability and change.

Through expert discussion, Open Space exploration in breakouts and collective playback, the room examines:

  • Why valuable insight often fails to drive action

  • Where accountability breaks down

  • How organisations operationalise customer understanding

And what needs to change to close the gap between insight and execution

Following an afternoon of reflection, networking and collective playback, the conversation turns towards a challenge many organisations are now wrestling with:

How do we deliver connected experiences when ownership, technology and decision-making are increasingly fragmented?

As customer journeys become more complex and organisations become more interconnected, traditional approaches to journey management are no longer enough.

Together, attendees explore how organisations are evolving beyond journey maps and touchpoints towards more adaptive models of orchestration, systems thinking and organisational alignment.

Through expert discussion, Open Space exploration and collective playback, the room examines:

  • Why disconnected ownership creates disconnected experiences

  • Where journey management approaches are reaching their limits

  • How organisations create alignment across teams, channels and functions

And what it takes to deliver more connected, adaptive and human-centred experiences in increasingly complex environments.

Part Two

Beyond Journey Management

As the final reflections are shared and the day's conversations come to a close, attendees leave with new perspectives, new questions and a deeper understanding of the challenges facing the industry.

Then, as the sun begins to set, the conversation continues beyond the venue and onto the Thames.

Evening Experience

Sunset On The Thames

On Monday evening, attendees will board a Private Thames Luxury Charter for a beautifully curated summer evening sailing through central London.

Imagine: deckchairs on the open-air deck, a golden hour across the skyline, music playing as the city drifts by, delicious food, a glass of Pimm’s in hand, and conversations that continue long into the evening.

No awkward networking - just brilliant women connecting in a much more human way.

Day Two

Beyond Automation

Day Two begins with breakfast, movement and a renewed sense of connection across the room.

The conversation then turns towards Beyond Automation: What Happens When AI Starts Making Decisions?

Together, attendees explore the emerging reality of agentic AI and increasingly autonomous customer ecosystems, including what responsible leadership, governance and human oversight look like as organisations begin delegating more decision-making, coordination and action to AI systems.

Through expert discussion, Open Space exploration and collective playback, the room examines:

  • What should never be handed fully to AI

  • What responsible AI autonomy looks like in practice

  • And what organisations need to build before autonomy scales

By the final reflection and closing celebration, the experience becomes more than a series of sessions. It becomes a shared blueprint for what responsible action could look like next.

As the final Open Space conversations come to a close, the pace begins to slow.

Before attendees head back into the noise of everyday life, we create space for something many industry events never allow time for:

Reflection.

After two days of discussion, debate and collective exploration, attendees are invited to step back and consider:

  • What challenged my thinking?

  • What gave me hope?

  • What am I taking back into my organisation?

  • What responsible action am I committing to next?

Because insight only creates value when something changes afterwards.

Only then do we come back together as a community to close the experience.

The final reflections bring together the themes, tensions and opportunities surfaced throughout the UnConference, transforming hundreds of individual conversations into a collective understanding of what comes next.

And then it's time to celebrate.

Part Two

Collective Reflection & Celebration

We close the UnConference with a summer party alongside the women who helped shape the conversation.

A final opportunity to connect, laugh, exchange details and celebrate everything we've created together before heading home inspired, energised and ready to act.

Staying A Little Longer?

For those extending their stay, there will be an optional small-group evening at Aire Ancient Baths with a relaxed dinner afterwards.

A final chance to unwind, decompress and leave London feeling restored before the journey home.
