Two summer days in London with brilliant women shaping the future of customer experience, transformation and AI.

Expect rooftop conversations in the sunshine, collaborative breakout discussions, incredible food, wellness experiences, sunset views on the Thames and the kind of honest industry conversations that rarely happen inside traditional conference venues.

Day One

From Insight To Orchestration

The experience begins with good food, grounding energy and a room full of women ready to think differently.

After registration and brunch, we ease into the UnConference with meditation, opening remarks and an introduction to Open Space.

Then the conversations begin.

The first half of Day One explores Beyond Understanding: Turning Insight Into Action — how organisations close the gap between customer understanding and meaningful execution.

After the first Open Space breakouts and group reflections, the afternoon moves into Beyond Journey Management: The Organisational Orchestration Challenge — exploring how organisations evolve beyond fragmented journeys towards more connected, adaptive and human-centred experiences.

Across the day, attendees move between:

  • Expert-led inspiration sessions

  • Two rounds of Open Space breakouts

  • AI-enabled synthesis

  • Rooftop networking in the sunshine

  • Reflection activities

  • Professional headshots

  • Collaborative contributions to the live UnConference Playbook

This is where ideas start becoming visible.

Evening Experience

Sunset On The Thames

On Monday evening, attendees will board a private Thames charter for a beautifully curated summer evening through central London.

Imagine: deckchairs on the open-air deck, a golden hour across the skyline, music playing as the city drifts by, a glass of Pimm’s in hand, and conversations that continue long into the evening.

No awkward networking - just brilliant women connecting in a much more human way.

Day Two

Beyond Automation

Day Two begins with breakfast, movement and a renewed sense of connection across the room.

The conversation then turns towards Beyond Automation: What Happens When AI Starts Making Decisions?

Together, attendees explore the emerging reality of agentic AI and increasingly autonomous customer ecosystems, including what responsible leadership, governance and human oversight look like as organisations begin delegating more decision-making, coordination and action to AI systems.

Through expert discussion, Open Space exploration and collective playback, the room examines:

  • What should never be handed fully to AI

  • What responsible AI autonomy looks like in practice

  • And what organisations need to build before autonomy scales

By the final reflection and closing celebration, the experience becomes more than a series of sessions. It becomes a shared blueprint for what responsible action could look like next.

Designed To Feel Different

This is not conference survival mode. Across the two days, expect:

  • ✔️

    Nourishing food from women-owned caterers

  • ✔️

    Rooftop conversations overlooking London

  • ✔️

    Wellness and movement moments

  • ✔️

    Professional headshots

  • ✔️

    Collaborative AI journey mapping

  • ✔️

Post-it covered walls full of collective intelligence

  • ✔️

    Curated reflection spaces

  • ✔️

    Practical conversations designed for action

Because brilliant industry events should not leave people exhausted.

They should leave people energised, connected and ready to act.

Central London

Designed For Ease

The format is intentionally designed to allow attendees to experience the full event with just one overnight stay where possible.

Monday 13 July → Tuesday 14 July 2026

Day One: 10:00am → Late
Day Two: 09:00am → 3:00pm

Staying A Little Longer?

For those extending their stay, there will be an optional small-group evening at Aire Ancient Baths with a relaxed dinner afterwards.

A final chance to unwind, decompress and leave London feeling restored before the journey home.

  • ✈️ Airports

Heathrow (LHR) — Most international flights (~60–70 min total) Take the Piccadilly line to Green Park or Waterloo, or the Elizabeth line to London Bridge and connect from there. Many flight options but allow extra time for the journey.

Gatwick (LGW) — Best option (~55 min total) Take the Gatwick Express to London Bridge (~30 min), then a short train hop to Waterloo East, which is a 10-minute walk from the venue. Very straightforward.

London City (LCY) — Most central (~40 min total) Take the DLR to Bank station, then the Waterloo & City line direct to Waterloo. Compact airport, fast security — great if attendees are flying in from within Europe.

Stansted (STN) — Budget airlines (~75 min total) Stansted Express to Liverpool Street (~50 min), then the Central or Waterloo & City line to Waterloo. Good value fares but the furthest away.

Luton (LTN) — Budget airlines (~65 min total) Train to Luton Airport Parkway, then Thameslink to St Pancras (~25 min), then tube to Waterloo. Note: there's a shuttle bus between the terminal and the Parkway station.

  • Waterloo (~10 min walk) — the main hub. Served by National Rail (South Western Railway), plus the Jubilee, Northern, Bakerloo, and Waterloo & City Underground lines.

Waterloo East (~8 min walk) — connected to Waterloo by a covered walkway. Useful for anyone coming from South East London or Kent via Southeastern trains.
