The WiCX UnConference is intentionally designed as a curated, practitioner-led experience for women working across customer experience, transformation, design, operations and AI.

Attendance is intentionally limited to protect the quality of conversation, collaboration and connection within the room.

This is not a traditional conference environment.

It is a space designed for honest discussion, shared learning and meaningful participation between the people actively navigating these challenges inside organisations right now.

A Practitioner-Led Experience

The majority of attendees work across:

Customer Experience | Employee Experience | AI & Innovation | Transformation | Product & Design | Operations | Digital & Technology | Insights & Research

Attendees range from emerging leaders to senior decision-makers working inside some of the world’s most recognised brands.

The common thread is not job title. It is active involvement in shaping the future of experience leadership.

Intentionally Curated

The WiCX UnConference is intentionally designed to feel intimate, collaborative, psychologically safe and participation-led.

To protect the quality of conversation within the room, attendance is intentionally curated, and capacity remains limited at every release stage.

No exhibition halls. No sales-floor energy. No passive audiences.

Just honest conversations between practitioners actively shaping what comes next.

Independent Consultants, Coaches & Advisors

A limited number of places are reserved for independent consultants, advisors, coaches and fractional leaders whose work strongly aligns with the purpose and format of the experience.

Because places are intentionally limited, applications are reviewed carefully to maintain balance within the room and preserve the practitioner-led nature of the event.

Vendor Attendance Policy

The WiCX UnConference is not designed as a vendor-led event.

To protect the integrity of the experience and the value created for attendees, vendor attendance is intentionally restricted.

Attendance for technology providers, agencies, consultancies and solution vendors is only available through:

Limited official sponsorship partnerships

or

WiCX Inner Circle Corporate Membership partnerships

This helps preserve the collaborative, practitioner-focused environment the UnConference is intentionally designed to create.

Why We Curate The Room Carefully

The quality of the room shapes the quality of the conversation.

The UnConference methodology relies on openness, participation, vulnerability, challenge and honest peer-to-peer discussion.

That only happens when attendees feel psychologically safe enough to speak openly about the realities they are navigating inside organisations today.

The goal is not scale. The goal is meaningful conversation, collective intelligence and responsible action.

Why We Use A Waitlist

The WiCX UnConference is intentionally designed as a limited-capacity, curated experience.

Rather than maximising ticket volume, we prioritise:

  • quality of conversation

  • meaningful participation

  • psychological safety

  • and genuine connection within the room

To help protect the practitioner-led nature of the experience, all attendees are required to complete a short application before purchasing a ticket.

This allows us to assess suitability in advance, maintain balance within the room, preserve the quality of conversation and ensure strong alignment with the purpose and format of the experience

WiCX Inner Circle members receive:

  • Priority access

  • Exclusive member pricing

  • First option on the limited number of independent consultant tickets

  • Early access before tickets are released publicly

Remaining places are then released gradually to the waitlist in stages:

Business-side applicants will receive invitations in the first wave

Independent consultants, advisors, coaches etc will receive invitations in the second wave

Joining the waitlist ensures you:

  • Receive early updates

  • Hear about ticket release windows first

  • And receive application access as new releases become available

* Numbers remain intentionally limited at every stage.

Intentionally Curated.
Limited Capacity.

Ticket releases remain intentionally limited to protect the quality of conversation, collaboration and connection within the room.
