The WiCX UnConference is intentionally designed as a curated, practitioner-led experience for women shaping the future of customer experience, transformation and AI inside organisations.
Attendance is intentionally limited to protect the quality of conversation, collaboration and connection within the room.
This is not a vendor-led event.
To maintain the integrity of the experience:
Tickets are prioritised for women working on the business side of experience
A limited number of places are reserved for independent consultants and advisors
Vendor attendance is restricted to official sponsorship or WiCX Corporate Membership partnerships
*That said, we do review applications on a case-by-case basis where there’s strong alignment with the purpose and format of the event. Once we reach General Release, we’ll review non-brand-side applications and be back in touch if space allows.

Ticket pricing for 2026 has increased slightly in line with rising operational costs, alongside the growing challenge many community-led events are facing around sponsorship and funding.
As always, WiCX remains committed to protecting the quality and intimacy of the UnConference experience rather than scaling attendee numbers at the expense of meaningful connection and conversation.
100% of event revenue is reinvested directly back into the attendee experience.
