Here in our Community, members have a resource available like no other.... 

The ability to access a global 'hive mind' of diverse industries, skill sets, experiences, and backgrounds to solve the biggest challenges being faced in the customer experience world, today!

There are a number of ways we can harness the power of crowdsourcing knowledge from members, by asking 'tough questions' (the ones you can't google). The most in-depth of these is attending and receiving help β€˜live’ at our group Mastermind sessions.

What is a Mastermind?

"A mastermind is a peer-to-peer mentoring group used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members"

In short, our problem-solving mastermind sessions allow you to ask for help with your CX, personal or professional challenges, and tap into years of experience from the community.

And, share your insights with others by helping them solve their challenges too! 

Why should I take part?

Members who have taken part in Masterminds have been promoted, received pay rises, and taken their CX strategies from zero to board level, with the help of their CX sisters.

Because the questions are always so varied, we all end up learning a thing or two by taking part.
