But is it really that simple?

On Thursday the 6th of June, we’re being joined by Søren Bechmann, CEO of the Service Design Institute, as he introduces the concept of service design based on a very common-sense definition.
A sought-after keynote speaker and experienced facilitator, Søren has so far written eight books about service, service design and the customer journey.
Founding the Service Design Institute in 2008, he’s Danish, a father of two, and uses his spare time on cooking and opera – both driven more by enthusiasm than knowledge.
